Slowing down...

"Once she stopped rushing through life, she was amazed how much more she had time for"

Hello blog.  Remember me?

I've been round and round again with my blog.  I've changed my url a few times, and when it didn't work out I tried to return it to the original.  I've realized I'm simply not that great at the technical aspect of blogging...  but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy it!  I hope that the kinks are all worked out, and that everyone is here with me again.  Some have been getting some strange redirection link, and that's no good.  But all in all, I hope you're here, and thank you for stopping by.
Some of you may be visiting from my instagram.  Hi!!  For a couple of weeks I've maintained a "fitness" instagram and its really motivated me a lot.  However I do want to take some time to post here instead.  And take some time just to have some time....
A few years ago, I kicked my smartphone to the curb.  It was kind of a great moment for me.  I remember that day so very well.  I remember going outside barefoot and playing with my kids.  I remember feeling so free, and not taking any pictures.  It was a good day, and it was liberating for me!  I've kind of gone back and forth for awhile on my smartphone, and made a lot of peace with it.  I'm not the person that I used to be.  I don't share everything, and I don't take as many photos as I did before.  So really, my smartphone isn't "as" big of an issue as it used to be in my life.  However...  some days I really catch myself getting pulled in.  Big time, ans spent WAY too much time on my phone.
So I'm going to try my best to blog more, instagram less.  This is why we are back here on my 'original' blogger site.  I'm not kicking my instagram or my smartphone to the curb, but I do want to spend more time here in the blogging world, and less time sharing my moments on instagram.  Sometimes theres so much more I want to say in a picture..  in a moment.  So thank you for joining me :)  I want to share my weight loss journey, my homeschooling journey, and just simple moments that make life worth living.  So thank you for coming by, and hopefully I will have more to read about here soon....
