Saturday Weigh In, April 14, 2017

   Hello friends!  It's technically Sunday, but I spent my beautiful Saturday outside with my kids since it was almost 80 and my Mother in Law was visiting :)  But I did want to take the time to link up with Colletta's Kitchen Sink with Saturday Weigh In!

    So last week was mostly a success!  I did struggle a bit with keeping motivated through the morning workouts since I started a little late on them.  Unfortunately I had kids in and out of the room while I was working out, needing something or another.  However, I did manage to workout 3 days last week, which is awesome considering the week before I only got in two workouts for the week.

   Most unfortunately the last two weeks I haven't done great in the eating department, although I did better this past week than last.  I did end up with a small gain this week, but still I'm down 8 lbs since I started this journey again a few weeks ago, so I'll take it.  Every little bit counts.
   This week is going to be very busy.  My husband preaches his first revival this week about an hour out of town, and right in the middle of the revival week my youngest daughter gets her braces put on.  So there's going to be a lot of driving, and a lot of getting home late.  For that reason, Although I desperately want to start the Makeover your Mornings course, I'm going to let this week go by with a LOT of grace.  Ideally, I want to start getting in bed by 10:30, and getting up by 6.  That way when I get the kids up at 7:30, I should have my workout and quiet time finished.  This week I'm pretty sure we won't be getting home in time for all of that.  So I'm planning to get up by 7, have 30 minutes of quiet time and be working out by 7:30..  and get the kids up around 8:30.  That should give them enough sleep during the long nights we will be driving.  We shall see!
   So here are my stats for the week and my goals for next week.  Congrats to Colletta on her loss this week!  Hoping we can both have a loss this upcoming week!!!!

Weight stats:
This week: + 0.6 (not even a whole pound! Nothing to get unhappy about :) )
Total Loss to date: - 8.4 

Workout Stats:
Tuesday:  Distance 3.01 miles   Time: 1 hr 5 min
Wednesday:  Distance 3.03 miles  Time: 1 hr 1 min
Thursday:  3 miles Time: 1 hr 10 min


Plans for the week:
   Workout Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri (Tuesday is off for a trip to the orthodonist!)
   Eat as few carbs as possible
   Drink lots and lots and lots of water
